- New Downloads Page: Manage your offline lessons easily and keep track of what you’ve viewed in the new top-level Downloads page! We’ve also made a number of changes to ensure offline downloads are more robust and dependable.
- Flashcards for Interview Prep: Students enrolled in the Front-End Web Developer, Mobile Web Specialist, Android Developer, Android Basics, and React Nanodegrees can access interview prep flashcards. Practice answering technical interview questions wherever you are!

Fixed an issue that prevented certain users from logging in through social channels

This release is all about the video player. We’ve updated it to be faster, more stable, and an overall better experience. We hope you like it!
Videos will play if you background the app, and you can access playback controls from the Android notifications drawer!
Caption and playback speed controls are now overlaid on classroom videos.
We also fixed lots of video bugs that address switching from portrait to landscape, incorrect aspect ratios, and sound playing after videos stop.
We've removed a whole lot of code to reduce the app size more than 35%!
You can now give us your feedback when you complete a lesson.

Additional performance improvements
We're still reeling from Google I/O, but in-between watching talks and playing with Android Things, we managed to fix up a few bugs:
- Instructor notes were previously not appearing for some programs
- Some videos were incorrectly auto-playing the next video immediately after the previous one finished
- Graduated nanodegrees are now accessible from the app!

- Intro to Deep Learning: Curious about what Deep Learning is, and what it’s used for? Check out our new, free course.
- Continue Widget: We’ve also made it easier to quickly jump back into where you left off in your course.
- Quiz Improvements: Quizzes can now be accessed and answered much faster within the classroom. There’s now offline support for multiple-choice quizzes, too!

In this release we’ve updated the default video player, which can support subtitles while in offline mode! If you’d prefer the old player, you can change this on the Settings page. We’ve also made some small UI tweaks and squashed some bugs.
